Processing time

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Depending on the piece, your order will be fulfilled from either our Houston, Texas fulfillment center or our Czech Republic fulfillment center. Orders containing pieces from both locations may arrive in separate shipments, each with its own tracking number.

Fulfillment schedule: Our facilities operate Monday through Friday. We do not fulfill or dispatch orders on Saturdays, Sundays, or local public holidays.

Global alignment note: Working days and weekends differ around the world. Many Gulf states, for example, observe a Friday–Saturday weekend, and public holidays vary by country. These differences may affect total transit times and local customs clearance windows at your destination.

Shipping rates and policy

We ship worldwide. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or freight forwarders.

The Crystal Gun Collection is available exclusively through Lazado in Saudi Arabia and is not available for purchase or shipment from Bohemia Royal Crystal within Saudi Arabia.

All thresholds are in USD.

United States

UPS Ground: Paid tier, complimentary on orders over $75 (5–8 business days).
UPS Express: Paid tier (2–3 business days).
UPS Next Day Air: Paid tier (1 business day).

Rest of the world

UPS Economy: Paid tier, complimentary on orders over $75 (5-12 business days).
UPS Expedited: Paid tier (2–5 business days).
UPS Worldwide Saver: Paid tier (1–3 business days).

Every Bohemia Royal Crystal acquisition includes specialized protective packaging, secure handling, and signature required at no additional cost to ensure your piece arrives in perfect condition. To protect your investment during transit, we recommend adding our Shipping Protection guarantee at checkout for complete peace of mind.

International customs and documentation

For international deliveries, the carrier (UPS) may contact you directly by phone or email to finalize customs clearance. Requirements vary by country, and local authorities may request identification or additional documentation before releasing your shipment. Please respond promptly to avoid delays.

Country-specific requirements:

Saudi Arabia: Local customs authorities may request identification or additional documentation to complete clearance.

Qatar: Consignees are required to provide a valid National ID or Iqama number to UPS. This is a mandatory requirement of Qatar Customs, and shipments cannot be cleared without it.

Contact information: Please provide a valid mobile number and a complete delivery address (including street, building, and area or postal code) at checkout so the carrier can reach you.

Customs liability disclaimer: Bohemia Royal Crystal is not responsible for delays caused by the customs clearance process. While we provide all standard documentation to facilitate entry, the duration of clearance is at the sole discretion of local authorities and beyond our operational control.

Duties and taxes: Recipients are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or clearance fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are set by local authorities and are not included in the price of your order or its shipping.

Tracking your order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the carrier's tracking information to update.

Packaging

All pieces are packed with extreme care to ensure safe transit. Our packaging is designed to reflect the quality of our crystal while offering maximum protection for every shipment.

Damaged shipments

At Bohemia Royal Crystal, we take immense pride in the craftsmanship of our pieces and ensure every item is securely packaged before leaving our facility. Once a package is handed over to the shipping carrier, Bohemia Royal Crystal is no longer responsible for items that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit.

While we understand that accidents can occur, damage claims are investigated on a case-by-case basis. To ensure your investment is fully protected, we highly recommend purchasing Shipping Protection at checkout. This coverage provides a streamlined resolution for any items that arrive damaged or go missing.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at info@bohemiaroyalcrystal.com with your order number and clear photos of both the damaged piece and the shipping packaging. See our Return Policy for full details.

Undeliverable and uncollected shipments

Bohemia Royal Crystal uses Signature on Delivery to ensure the security of your acquisition.

Customer responsibility: It is the recipient's responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address and ensure an authorized adult is available to sign for the delivery.

Uncollected items: If a parcel is moved to a carrier access point and remains uncollected beyond the carrier's deadline, it will be returned to the fulfillment center it was dispatched from.

Final sale integrity: A "Return to Sender" status does not constitute a cancellation or a refund. As all sales are final, the item remains the property of the customer and will be held in trust at our facility. Customers in the United Kingdom and the European Union should refer to our Return Policy for their statutory right of withdrawal.

Fees and reshipping

Reshipping: The customer is responsible for all costs associated with re-dispatching the order.

Storage and restocking: Items held for more than 30 days due to non-delivery or failure to coordinate reshipping will be subject to a restocking fee or a monthly secure storage fee, at the brand's discretion.
