Yes. Every piece in our collection, from our Signature Sculptures to the Princess Slipper, is crafted from authentic Czech Bohemian crystal. Each item is hand-cut and polished by skilled artisans. Our premium editions are finished with genuine 22K Gold or Platinum accents, ensuring a level of luxury that meets the highest standards of craftsmanship.
How limited are these editions?
All Bohemia Royal Crystal editions are produced in strictly small quantities to ensure quality and exclusivity. Our Signature Engraved variants (22K Gold and Platinum) and the Princess Slipper are individually inspected and carry official collectible status, making them highly sought-after pieces for serious collectors.
How should I care for my crystal?
To preserve the brilliance of your piece, handle it with care and avoid all abrasive cleaners. We recommend using a soft microfiber cloth for dusting. To maintain the integrity of the 22K Gold, Platinum, and engraved details, keep the piece out of direct sunlight and avoid high-moisture environments.

Where do you ship?
At this time, we ship exclusively within the United States (US), United Arab Emirates (UAE), Qatar (QA), Kuwait (KW), Saudi Arabia (SA), Bahrain (BHR) & Oman (OM).
How long will delivery take?
Currently available in the USA, UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain & Oman.
To ensure each piece meets our rigorous quality standards, please allow the following timelines:

Fulfillment: 2–3 business days to process and prepare your order
Delivery: 1–8 business days once shipped, depending on the shipping option selected at checkout

All orders ship from the United States. Signature is required upon delivery.
To maintain the integrity of our white-glove packaging and minimize our carbon footprint, orders containing multiple items will be dispatched in a single, unified shipment once all pieces have completed their final inspection.
Why does the shipping estimate sometimes change after my order is placed?
Shipping estimates are provided based on the carrier’s standard delivery timelines at the time of checkout. For international orders, delivery may occasionally take longer due to carrier delays, customs processing, local import checks, or circumstances outside of our control.
Once your order has been dispatched, UPS and the destination country’s customs authority control the final delivery timeline. While we carefully prepare and ship orders as quickly as possible, we cannot guarantee that the original estimated delivery date will remain unchanged after the package is in transit.
What happens if my package is delayed by UPS or customs?
If your package experiences a delay, we recommend checking the tracking link first for the latest carrier updates. Customs-related delays are common with international shipments and do not usually mean there is an issue with your order.
Our support team is always happy to help review the tracking details and guide you on the next best step. If needed, we may also assist in contacting the carrier or providing order information requested for customs clearance.
Are international delivery dates guaranteed?
International delivery dates are estimates only and may be affected by UPS transit delays, customs inspections, import procedures, holidays, weather, or local delivery conditions. We do our best to provide accurate shipping information, but final delivery timing may vary once the order leaves our facility.
Customs & import
Will my order be subject to customs duties or import taxes?
Orders shipped to the USA are not subject to customs or import taxes.
Orders shipped to the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, and Kuwait may be subject to customs duties and import taxes upon arrival. These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are outside of our control. All customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and must be settled directly with UPS prior to delivery.
How do I pay customs fees?
UPS will contact you directly to arrange payment of any applicable customs duties or import taxes before your order is released for final delivery. Please ensure your contact information is accurate at checkout so UPS can reach you without delay.
Why is my international delivery taking longer than expected?
International orders may experience delays due to customs clearance, which is conducted at the sole discretion of local authorities and is beyond our control. Estimated delivery timelines do not include time spent in customs. If your order has been held, we recommend contacting UPS directly with your tracking number for the most up-to-date status.
Can customs duties be prepaid at checkout?
At this time, customs duties and import taxes cannot be prepaid at checkout. All applicable fees will be collected by UPS upon delivery in your country.
Packaging & damage protection
How is my crystal piece packaged?
Each crystal piece is carefully packed to protect it during transit. Packaging may vary depending on the size, shape, and collection of the piece.
Many of our pieces are presented in a fitted presentation box with soft velvet-style cushioning or protective inserts. The presentation box is then carefully protected inside an outer shipping box. For additional safety, the outer box may be placed inside a second shipping box with protective materials such as packing peanuts, bubble wrap, or other cushioning.
At minimum, our crystal pieces are securely protected and double-boxed whenever required to help reduce movement and protect the item during shipping.
What happens if my item arrives damaged?
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so our team can review the issue.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Your full name and email used at checkout
- Clear photos of the damaged item
- Photos of the inner and outer packaging
- A brief description of the damage
Our team will assess the information provided and guide you through the next steps. Please do not discard the item or packaging until our team has reviewed your claim, as the carrier may require packaging photos for verification.
Is my shipment insured?
We strongly recommend adding our damage protection service at checkout for additional peace of mind. This helps protect your order in case of eligible damage, loss, or theft during transit.
Orders are packed with great care, but once a shipment is in transit, it is handled by the carrier and may be subject to conditions outside of our control. If you experience an issue with your delivery, please contact our support team and we will do our best to assist you.
Gifting

How long does custom work take?
Custom timelines vary depending on the complexity of the project, availability, and production requirements. Some custom work may take as little as one week, while more complex requests may take several weeks or up to one to two months.

Can engraved or custom pieces be returned?
No. Custom, engraved, personalized, or special-order items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or there is an error with the order.
