Processing time

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days from our Houston fulfillment center.

Fulfillment schedule: Our facility operates Monday through Friday. We do not fulfill or dispatch orders on Saturdays or Sundays.

Global alignment note: Please be advised that while our U.S. operations are closed on Saturday and Sunday, many Gulf State administrative and customs offices observe a Friday–Saturday weekend. This may impact total transit times and local clearance windows.

Shipping rates and policy
We ship to the United States, United Arab Emirates, Qatar, and Kuwait. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or freight forwarders.

United States

UPS Ground: Complimentary (5–8 business days).
UPS Express: Paid tier (2–3 business days).
UPS Next Day Air: Paid tier (1 business day).

UAE, Qatar & Kuwait

UPS Expedited: Complimentary (2-5 business days).
UPS Worldwide Saver: Paid tier (1–3 business days).

Every Bohemia Royal Crystal acquisition includes specialized protective packaging, secure handling, and signature required at no additional cost to ensure your piece arrives in perfect condition. To protect your investment during transit, we recommend adding our Shipping Protection guarantee during checkout for complete peace of mind.

International customs & documentation (Middle East)
For deliveries to the UAE, Qatar, and Kuwait, the carrier (UPS) will contact you directly via phone or email to finalize customs clearance. Please ensure you have the following ready for when they contact you:

Qatar: Consignees will be required to provide a valid National ID or Iqama number to UPS. This is a mandatory requirement by Qatar Customs; shipments cannot be cleared without this identification.

Contact information: It is essential that a valid local mobile number and a precise delivery address (including Street, Building, and Zone/Area) are provided at checkout so the carrier can reach you.

Customs liability disclaimer: Bohemia Royal Crystal is not responsible for any delays caused by the customs clearance process. While we provide all baseline documentation to facilitate entry, the duration of the clearance window is at the sole discretion of local authorities and beyond our operational control.

Duties & taxes: Recipients are responsible for any local customs duties, taxes, or clearance fees imposed by the destination country.

Tracking your order
Once your package has shipped from our U.S. warehouse, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the carrier's tracking information to update in their system.

Packaging
All pieces are packed with extreme care to ensure safe transit. Our packaging is designed to reflect the quality of our crystal while offering maximum protection for every shipment.

Damaged shipments

At Bohemia Royal Crystal, we take immense pride in the craftsmanship of our pieces and ensure every item is securely packaged before leaving our facility. Please note that once a package is handed over to the shipping carrier, Bohemia Royal Crystal is no longer responsible for items that are lost, stolen, or damaged during transit.

While we understand that accidents can occur, we investigate damage claims strictly on a case-by-case basis. To ensure your investment is fully protected against unforeseen transit issues, we highly recommend purchasing shipping protection, which is available at checkout. This coverage provides a streamlined resolution for any items that may arrive damaged or go missing during the delivery process.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at info@bohemiaroyalcrystal.com. Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged product and the shipping packaging. See our Return Policy for full details.

Undeliverable & uncollected shipments
Bohemia Royal Crystal utilizes Signature on Delivery to ensure the security of your acquisition.

Customer responsibility: It is the recipient's responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address and ensure an authorized adult is available to sign for the delivery.

Uncollected items: If a parcel is moved to a carrier access point and remains uncollected beyond the carrier's deadline, it will be returned to our secure vault.

Final sale integrity: A "Return to Sender" status does not constitute a cancellation or a refund. As all sales are final, the item remains the property of the customer and will be held in trust at our facility.

Fees & reshipping
Reshipping: The customer is responsible for all costs associated with re-dispatching the order.

Storage & restocking: Items held in our vault for more than 30 days due to non-delivery or failure to coordinate reshipping will be subject to a restocking fee or a monthly secure storage fee, at the brand's discretion.
