Return and Refund Policy

All sales are final. Due to the exclusive and fragile nature of our crystal pieces, we do not accept returns or offer refunds.

Exchanges are only considered for items that arrive damaged during transit. If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery at info@bohemiaroyalcrystal.com. Please include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. If your request is approved, we will provide a prepaid return label. A 20% restocking fee may apply.

Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

At Bohemia Royal Crystal, we take immense pride in the craftsmanship of our pieces and ensure every item is securely packaged before leaving our facility. Please note that once a package is handed over to the shipping carrier, Bohemia Royal Crystal is no longer responsible for items that are lost, stolen, or damaged during transit.

While we understand that accidents can occur, we investigate damage claims strictly on a case-by-case basis. To ensure your investment is fully protected against unforeseen transit issues, we highly recommend purchasing shipping protection, which is available at checkout. This coverage provides a streamlined resolution for any items that may arrive damaged or go missing during the delivery process.

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged or incorrect, notify us within 3 days. Our concierge team will evaluate your claim and provide a resolution if eligible.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

All crystal items are final sale unless damaged in transit. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, discounted purchases, gift cards, or custom orders.

 

Undeliverable & Uncollected Shipments

Bohemia Royal Crystal utilizes Signature on Delivery to ensure the security of your acquisition.

• Customer Responsibility: It is the recipient's responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address and ensure an authorized adult is available to sign for the delivery.

• Uncollected Items: If a parcel is moved to a carrier access point and remains uncollected beyond the carrier's deadline, it will be returned to our secure vault.

• Final Sale Integrity: A "Return to Sender" status does not constitute a cancellation or a refund. As all sales are final, the item remains the property of the customer and will be held in trust at our facility.

• Fees & Reshipping:

  • Reshipping: The customer is responsible for all costs associated with re-dispatching the order.

  • Storage & Restocking: Items held in our vault for more than 30 days due to non-delivery or failure to coordinate reshipping will be subject to a restocking fee or a monthly secure storage fee at the brand’s discretion.
