Handling Your Sculpture

Handle with extreme care. Always lift the piece by its main body or base, never by delicate parts like the trigger or barrel.
Use two hands when possible and ensure you have a firm grip.
We recommend wearing soft cotton or microfiber gloves when handling the sculpture to prevent fingerprints.

Cleaning the Crystal

For light dusting, use a dry, soft, lint-free microfiber cloth or a new, soft-bristled makeup brush.
For fingerprints, gently buff the area with a clean, dry microfiber cloth (similar to one used for camera lenses or eyeglasses).
For more significant cleaning, slightly dampen a microfiber cloth with distilled water and wipe the piece gently. Never spray any liquid directly onto the crystal.
Do NOT use abrasive cloths, paper towels, chemical cleaners, window spray (like Windex), or solvents. These can permanently scratch or dull the crystal.
This is a display piece. It is NOT dishwasher safe. Never submerge the sculpture in hot water, which can cause thermal shock and crack the crystal.

Display & Storage

Display your piece on a stable, level surface, away from high-traffic areas where it could be bumped.
Avoid placing it in prolonged, direct sunlight.

The Wooden Presentation Box

The wooden box is for presentation and storage.
Clean the box by dusting it with a dry, soft cloth. Keep it away from high humidity or moisture.
